Rector of Ukrainian National Forestry University, Professor Volodymyr Zagorskyi held an online meeting on December 15, 2021 with the rector and leading staff of the University of Applied Forest Sciences Rottenburg (Germany). The purpose of the meeting was to get acquainted with the project "Cooperation in forestry between the federal state of Baden-Württemberg and Ukraine (BWU-FOKO)", which has been implemented for three years and will last until 31.08.2022.

The project is funded by the Baden-Württemberg Foundation and includes both short-term visits by university executives to deepen cooperation between higher education institutions and the mobility of master's and postgraduate students to conduct experimental research, prepare master's theses and write scientific publications.

Following the meeting, the rectors agreed to visit each other in May-June 2022 to plan further cooperation between universities.
